My name is Al Shaffer, and I am the owner of A.L.S. Media Creations and Drone Services. I am a lifelong resident of Licking County, a U.S. Marine, and have served as a law enforcement officer for the past 29 years. I founded ALS driven by my passion for photography, videography, and technology.

Currently, I manage the Safety Service Drone program for the City of Newark and am a certified FAA drone pilot. I have received formal training in various areas, including photography, media editing, thermology, and photogrammetry. Additionally, I am a drone instructor with C-tech of Licking County, where I teach flight operations and drone safety.

I recognized the significant benefits of photo and video documentation across many sectors and developed a systematic program that is efficient, cost-effective, and safe. Our system provides clients with direct access to detailed data sets that can be reviewed, shared, downloaded, and edited from nearly anywhere.
